Project Manager

Job description

Our client is a dynamic company specializing in variable data management and printing solutions. Their mission is to provide secure and innovative document solutions to improve traceability, accelerate digitalization, and facilitate payments.

They offer a wide range of IT services, such as database management and IT process automation, which they combine with a state-of-the-art printing facility.

Ensure coordination between the client (or commercial team) and the developers, making sure the project stays within scope, time, and budget constraints. Responsible for managing projects end-to-end. This includes understanding and analyzing client needs and finding solutions to address them. The role serves as the connection between development teams, clients, and sales teams. Additionally, responsible for project documentation and ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and conceptualize client requests.
  
• Coordinate timing, budget, and resources, delegating tasks to various departments.
  
• Gather and formalize business requirements.
  
• Ensure project feasibility within the given timeline and budget, including reporting.
  
• Monitor project development from start to finish.
  
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  
• Schedule, lead, and document project meetings and follow-ups.
  
• Ensure quality procedures are respected throughout the project lifecycle.

Criteria

Competencies

• 5 years of experience in the IT field and Project Management.
  
• Experience in managing clients and stakeholders
  
• University degree or equivalent experience
  
• Knowledge of risk management techniques
  
• Experience with complex projects
  
• Certification Prince2, Waterfall, Agile
  
• FR/EN/NL
