The Young Professional Program provides selected young potentials with a structured growth path and personal guidance. You can expect a great mix of training to acquire and enhance knowledge and skills, with a focus on specific hard and soft skills, techniques, and tools. The program is structured in four blocks and takes place over two years.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

The training focuses on different aspects of project management, such as practical tools, scrum fundamentals and business analysis. During the interview training, you’ll learn common interview techniques and how to prepare your CV. We’ll also go through extensive FAQs from customer interviews. 

The program consists of four blocks of six months. For each block, you pick three out of four possible topics. From hard skills like CAPM and Prince 2 Foundation/Practitioner to soft skills like assertiveness,  from Project Management techniques like scheduling and risk management to tools such as JIRA and Trello – we’ll cover it all.

Once a month you’ll receive customer feedback and you’ll have frequent meetings with your Mentor. And after each block, you’ll be evaluated in joint meetings with your personal Mentor, the Management Team and the Talent Manager. During these sessions, you’ll get the chance to show proof of deliverables for the completed period. After the final graduation evaluation, you’ll prepare a paper on a selected topic and present it in a meeting with your Mentor, the MT and the Talent Manager. Upon approval, you’ll present the paper to the Prosource community, concluding your official graduation with a moment of celebration!

Not only will you be rewarded with personal and professional progression, but also with incremental salary raises after each positive evaluation. After successfully finishing the Young Professional Program you’ll be promoted to Project Management Consultant Level 2.

MENTORSHIP

At Prosource, mentorship is one of our high priorities. New consultants are guided by an experienced Prosource consultant. Your Mentor shares experience and knowledge around both hard and soft skills with you, and functions as a sparring partner for the job topics you are involved with. During your graduation, your Mentor will also support you.
